Our Mission:
As a ministry team our goal is to help you as a Christian or businessperson, fulfill your God given purpose through the right application of God’s Word by teaching you the principles we’ve learned that helped us establish two businesses. CTYS Ministry believes that meditating and studying the Word of God brings success. We believe that success and prosperity is not limited to finances only, but true success and prosperity comes from being in the right relationship with the Father. Success for some may be to obtain financial security, while to others it may be to have those they love and care for give their lives to Christ and fulfill their God-given purpose, or to be spiritually, physically, and mentally healthy and whole.
Our aim is to teach people how to rightly apply God’s principles to every area of their lives. We believe obedience to God’s Word coupled with prayer is the cornerstone of success. We believe being obedient to God’s Word allows the Spirit of God to empower us to be successful by walking in His love and being led by His Spirit, which enables us to advance His kingdom. Our desire is to see you accomplish your goals and live a life of true biblical success (the state of being whole, lacking nothing, and being prosperous).

About Pastor Riley
Pastor Howard Riley, was called into Pastoral Ministry at the age of 31. His passion is to help God's people live in the blessings of God.
Howard was appointed to pastor a church that didn't have any members at the time. After three years of being faithful and standing on God's Word that God would send people, the church began to grow. With constant prayer and fasting the visible glory of God began to dwell in the church and miracles began to happen.
Because of his desire to teach men to take their rightful place in the home, he started a Men's Breakfast that would reach men from all walks of life. As a result of this endeavor, he began preaching at a local homeless shelter on Sunday evenings. It was during one of these services that Howard felt the love of God so strong for these men and women that these words were spoken "I'm committed to your Success!"
After seven years of continual growth, the responsibilities of being a pastor required so much time that Howard retired from the company that he'd been employed at for over 15 years. Shortly after retiring, the church split. With no way to financially support his family, Howard began to seek God's direction. God in His faithfulness, begin to teach Howard Biblical principles that he and his wife applied to start and operate two successful businesses for several years.
After meeting Dr. Tom Leding, the author of Rags to Riches, Prosperity Is Your Inheritance, and other books, Howard learned more of God's principles of Success and Prosperity. For seven years, Howard faithfully assisted Tom Leding Ministry by traveling and preaching alongside Dr. Tom until his death. Howard is happily married to his beautiful wife, ministry and prayer partner, Marcia.
